Four Months Later...

Oh boy. After fully reconstructing the blog portion of my page to fit with my theme better, I hit the unfortunate realization that I don't actually like my theme at all. Maybe orange doesn't suit me as much as I thought it did.

Four months later, and if we're being honest I'm not exactly where I thought I'd be with my webcomic. I am still trying to finalize the story and its major plot points, as well as finishing writing all the main characters. But the good news is I have finally hit the concept art stage. Right now it mainly consists of early design concepts, and practicing with drawing my characters in more dynamic poses. This is mostly just practice for me, as I want to be technically prepared enough for Duskgrief's production. I am trying my best not to rush the process in order to develop the best quality product as possible, even if it may result in a longer wait period than initially promised. Sorry not sorry.

With that being said, I did just purchase a new domain. Figured it was better to get that sorted out sooner rather than later, before anyone else could swoop in and claim it before me. I am pleased to annouce that duskgrief.com is now live! Just maybe don't visit it for now, as there's nothing hosted there yet besides some weird redirect by my domain provider (thanks a lot, Porkbun...)

Sketches of Echo

For the time being I will continue focusing my efforts towards Duskgrief. I want to at least get Duskgrief's website up and running, with at least some information on my world and its characters, as well as some teasers for the story. Expect to start seeing more concept art in the upcoming months, too. I plan to start dropping official designs before Art Fight hits, so be sure to stay tuned for more updates!
